Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked appointment fee.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the missed appointment fee.
Kindly note that this policy is applicable during my regular business hours, from Monday to Thursday.
If you contact me Friday through Sunday, all messages will be returned first thing Monday morning.
